Directions For Use

• -Take the lancet device’s cap off.
• -In the lancet holder, place a new lancet.
• -When it snaps into place, it’s in the right location.
• -Twist and pull the protective cap away from the lancet to remove it.
• -Remove the cap from the lancet device and replace it.
• -Set the lancet depth by twisting the cap of the lancet device.
• -Begin at 2 or 3. Increase the number to have harder skin.
• -Push all the way down on the plunger on the device’s end until it clicks.
• -In the center, a yellow dot will appear and stay.
• -Insert the test strip into blood glucose meter, the screen will display the results.
• -Insert code chip into the device.
• -Adjust the meter settings to set the new time.
• -Perform a quality control test.
